AgentCash Supplemental Terms and Privacy Notes

This supplement applies to AgentCash. It is intended to be read together with the Merit Systems Terms of Service and Merit Systems Privacy Policy. If this supplement conflicts with the umbrella documents, this supplement controls for AgentCash.

1. AgentCash Service Description

AgentCash is payment-enabled tooling for discovering, calling, and paying for APIs and other resources. AgentCash may include wallet-related tooling, CLI tools, MCP tooling, deposit and funding flows, onboarding flows, invite code flows, onramp features, registry features, wallet information, and related web interfaces.

2. Wallet and Payment Terms

AgentCash may generate, connect, or display wallets, balances, payment options, and transaction-related information. Merit does not guarantee wallet availability, supported-chain availability, onramp availability, successful payment execution, or successful settlement of any transaction.

If AgentCash presents balances, links, wallet information, funding options, or payment tools, that does not make Merit the custodian of your assets.

3. Onboarding, Invite Codes, and Promotional Funding

AgentCash may use invite codes, onboarding bonuses, referrals, promotional funding, or similar offers.

Merit may, in its sole discretion:

• determine eligibility, amount, timing, and availability;
• vary any amount by user, account, wallet, organization, geography, profile, or anti-abuse signal;
• deny, pause, cancel, or refuse any promotional grant before transfer;
• investigate duplicate claims, coordinated abuse, suspicious activity, or legal risk;
• require additional information or verification before any transfer;
• limit claims by person, wallet, wallet cluster, device, organization, household, referral network, or other related signals.

Merit may use automated and manual review for these determinations.

Any promotional claim window, funded trial window, or pre-transfer subsidy window may expire or end before transfer in Merit’s sole discretion, subject to applicable law and any express written offer terms.

4. Research, Scoring, and Eligibility Processing

AgentCash onboarding may involve enrichment, linked-account review, scoring, tiering, duplicate detection, referral analysis, and other anti-abuse or product-fit review.

You agree that Merit may use the information you provide, the integrations you connect, and related signals to:

• administer onboarding;
• determine promotional eligibility and amount;
• prevent fraud, duplication, and abuse;
• improve onboarding, targeting, and related product decisions.

Merit does not promise that any user will receive promotional funding, that any score or tier will be disclosed or reviewable, or that any score or tier creates any contractual entitlement.

5. External Resources Called Through AgentCash

AgentCash may let you call Merit-operated services and non-Merit External Resources.

Merit does not warrant any External Resource called through AgentCash. External Resources may be inaccurate, unavailable, unsafe, unlawful, or fraudulent, may accept payment without delivering the expected result, and may use your information under their own terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• which resources you choose to call;
• what prompts, instructions, or data you send;
• what you do with any returned data or output;
• any compliance obligations tied to your use of that data or output.

6. Refunds and Reversals

Promotional transfers, on-chain transfers, and paid request flows may be irreversible. Merit does not guarantee refunds or reversals for AgentCash transactions.

7. AgentCash Privacy Notes

Depending on how you use AgentCash, Merit may process:

• wallet addresses and wallet identifiers;
• payment and transaction metadata;
• invite code status, promotion metadata, and claim history;
• onboarding profile data, linked accounts, scoring, and eligibility signals;
• request parameters, logs, and operational metadata associated with calls, workflows, or onboarding.

AgentCash may also share request data or metadata with third-party providers and External Resources as necessary to fulfill your request.
