This supplement applies to Merit-operated Stable services. It is intended to be read together with the Merit Systems Terms of Service and Merit Systems Privacy Policy. If this supplement conflicts with the umbrella documents, this supplement controls for the relevant Stable service.
The Stables may rely on one or more downstream providers to fulfill requests. Merit may proxy, route, aggregate, or otherwise facilitate access to provider-backed functionality.
Merit may add, remove, replace, or suspend any provider at any time. Merit does not guarantee:
Results returned through The Stables may include provider-generated output, third-party data, public data, indexed or scraped data, generated media, uploaded files, communications records, booking information, and other provider-backed material.
Merit does not represent that:
You are solely responsible for verifying legality, consent, accuracy, and downstream rights before using any result.
Without limiting the foregoing, unless Merit expressly agrees otherwise in writing, The Stables is not intended to be used as a consumer reporting agency, consumer report, or investigative consumer report, or for determining a person's eligibility for employment, hiring, contracting, compensation, credit, lending, underwriting, housing, insurance, education, government benefits, licenses, immigration status, or any other purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or analogous law.
If you use any Stable service to send email, messages, or calls, you are solely responsible for:
Merit may block, suspend, or remove communications functionality at any time to protect deliverability, provider relationships, compliance posture, or other users.
Without limiting the foregoing, you may not use data or capabilities obtained through a Stable service to:
If you upload, host, or generate content through a Stable service, you are solely responsible for:
Merit may remove, disable, refuse, or report content at any time. Merit does not guarantee permanence, retention period, download volume support, public accessibility, or availability of hosted content.
Some Stable services may surface or facilitate searches, quotes, bookings, purchases, renewals, registrations, or other real-world transactions.
All such services are subject to provider availability, pricing changes, provider acceptance, input accuracy, and legal or operational constraints outside Merit’s control. Merit does not guarantee that a requested booking, registration, renewal, quote, or purchase will be completed.
If your use of a Stable service causes provider complaints, takedowns, claims, investigations, or disputes, that risk is yours, not Merit’s. Merit may suspend or terminate access immediately if it believes your use creates provider, legal, operational, or reputational risk.

You should not assume that inputs stay only within Merit infrastructure when the service inherently depends on downstream providers.
